So you think BARF might be the club for you, what next?

The only way to find out is to come along and join us for some running and/or climbing. Newcomers are welcome to come along to a few training sessions to see if they enjoy it before deciding if they would like to join the club. Feel free to drop along to a session. Alternatively, if you want to let us know in advance that you are coming, or have any questions, you can contact us via our contact form, Facebook or Instagram.

We currently train on Monday and Thursday evenings. You can find our full training schedule with times and venues on our training page.

Membership fees:
The membership fee is £25 plus £10 for Athletics NI registration for runners.

The bulk of the £25 actually goes to Mountaineering Ireland (MI) as our affiliation fee. As BARF is a mixed activity mountaineering club, we like to support and get the benefits of MI affiliation. The principle benefit is good 3rd Party Liability Insurance for our more adventurous activities and there are also good discount deals with mountain equipment shops (10-15%).
